Five stars for excellent customer service! My tickets didn’t arrive by email as expected, so I called customer service on the day of my park visit. They resolved the issue in less than a minute!

I was a little nervous at first, since buying online from an unfamiliar agency can feel risky, but their quick response put me at ease. I’m very happy with how they handled everything and would gladly book with them again!

I purchased tickets to go to Legoland today with my daughter and grandson as a birthday treat for him. Sadly, last night he ended up having a fever of 102° so we made the executive decision not to go to Legoland today. I called my Park tickets and explained the situation to Thiago who was helpfulness personified. He completely empathized with our situation, did not ask for a doctors note, which we could’ve provided, and happily extended the tickets for another year so we can now go when my grandson is feeling better. Thank you, Thiago, for making the whole changing process so absolutely easy. We have used my Park tickets for purchasing Legoland tickets now two years in a row and would definitely recommend my Park tickets to anyone else wishing to buy Park tickets.
