Exciting Activities At Seaworld at Christmas

Here’s a quick snapshot of what you can expect at SeaWorld during Christmas:

  • The SeaWorld at Christmas Parade

The centerpiece of the festivities is the annual Christmas parade that kicks off with Santa Claus himself being escorted into the park by Rudolph and his friends from the North Pole. Santa will be making stops throughout the park to give out candy canes and presents to all the wonderful guests. There will even be a few celebrity guests in attendance for the parade, including Frosty and his friends from Frosty’s Winter Wonderland and Santa’s Elves.

  • Ice Skating Extravaganza

The ice skating extravaganza will be taking place from December 31st, 2021, until January 3rd, 2022, at Seaworld in Orlando.

The event will feature performances by the world’s best ice skaters, including Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir, Adam Rippon, Ekaterina Gordeeva, Tatiana Navka & Roman Kostomarov, Meryl Davis & Charlie White, and more.

Seaworld at Christmas is Full of Surprises

On December 25th, Seaworld Orlando will open its doors for Christmas in a way it hasn’t done before. The park will host a Christmas ice skating show that takes guests on a journey to the North Pole. The show is one of the most ambitious holiday events Seaworld has ever done, and it will deliver on many different levels.

All sorts of people have been involved in making the show happen, including Disney Imagineers, the folks who design and build all of the rides at Disney parks worldwide. They have worked alongside skaters, designers, and choreographers to make this event feel like an experience that only comes around once a year.

And of course, there will be special effects, including snow falling from the sky and lighting that makes the ice glisten under the moonlight. An enormous overhead screen displays animated scenes of reindeer running through a village, snowmen coming to life, and other magical scenes. The goal is to bring together all kinds of people — from ride designers and skaters — so every part of this event has been designed to be fun for everyone involved.

Tiny hands will get stuck into all sorts of festive fun as they have their faces painted, create their gingerbread men, and decorate festive cookies. Plus, there will be plenty of opportunities for budding photographers to snap pictures at the special photo booth – just perfect for capturing those magic moments and making sure everyone knows you were there at the party!

Families can also let off steam on the outdoor skating rink, enjoy a few cheeky rides on Santa’s sleigh, and take a ride on Rudolph’s sleigh, complete with reindeer. And there will definitely be some festive family photos in front of the magnificent Frozen castle or on Santa’s sleighs – so make sure to bring your camera. There will be plenty of opportunities to see Santa too!

Rudolph, the red-nosed reindeer, will be making his debut at Seaworld Christmas 2021. The festive favorite will join an all-star cast of characters, including Santa Claus and Frosty the Snowman. Visitors will be able to meet them all as they enjoy sing-along carols, fun rides, and tasty food.
