Ordering Tickets

Visit our website and find the guaranteed best prices on all the greatest area attraction tickets. Our user-friendly services will help you find, order and buy your tickets online. If you have any questions or need assistance, call us at 1-407-337-5311 between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and one of our agents will assist you.

Once you complete your order you will receive a link to a form to fill all the information that we need in order to issue your tickets and send it to you via email.

If you are planning on going to Walt Disney World we recommend you to buy the tickets at least 15 days in advance in order to make the reservation for the parks that you choose.
Tickets are available for pickup at our Office as soon as the order is placed.

All the tickets are issue manually, so it normally takes between 10 to 30 minutes to issue your tickets. Please remember that we receive multiple orders per day, so we have lots of tickets to issue.

In case you need the tickets right away. please contact us at (407) 337-5311 and one of our agents will assist you.

If you order the tickets while we are closed your order will be process on the following day. Please remember to check our business our in order to receive your tickets.

About our Tickets

Yes all of our tickets are RFID & FastPass+ enabled. To learn the best practices and how to set up your Disney experience.

After completing your order you will receive a link to a form. If you wish to receive your tickets via email you must fill the form. If not the tickets will be available to pick in our office.

Payment Options

We accept all credit card payments online (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, and many more), and also PayPal/Venmo.

If you wish to pay with cash you can also purchase your tickets in our Office.

Pick-up/Delivery

To protect our guests, only the cardholder will be able to pick up the tickets in our Office. We ask for guests to show proof of identification, and also provide the credit card used in the original purchase in order to obtain the tickets.

After ordering your tickets, you will receive an email confirming your order, and the instructions to received your tickets online. If you wish to pick them up from our office the directions will on the bottom of your order.

My Park Tickets is open to help you on holidays, but hours may vary.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Our top priority is to ensure you are able to find the tickets you were searching for. When working with cancellations and refunds, all orders are reviewed in a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@myparktickets.com or call us at 1-407-504-0225 for further help. See terms below:

  • Tickets must be unused and unsigned to qualify for Return Policy
  • Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable
  • If a RFID profile has been set up on Disney tickets they cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Many tours and attractions require advanced notice for a cancellation or
    reservation change. Please see individual descriptions for details
  • Some exclusions and restrictions may apply. Please see individual ticket
    descriptions for refund/return policies
